The Situation

Paradigm approached SEO Brand in June of 2023 with a unique challenge. How to compete in a hyper-competitive market by driving in new patient admissions at a much lower cost per admission than what they were currently generating. The company had already been delivering some of the best treatment for teens in the country but wanted to take the business to a level previously unseen before.

Although the company’s service offering was strong, the brand positioning and overall marketing strategy weren’t dialed in. When our analysis team broke down the value proposition of Paradigm, it was quickly discovered that the company was not properly communicating the value of their offer and needed a more professional touchpoint to explain the tremendous amount of value they bring to families in need of seeking critical and careful treatment for their loved ones.

We went further than just delivering a lower cost per patient admission but helped Paradigm truly understand the value of the data they were generating and helped them discover additional actionable insights about post-conversion.

Our Step By Step Approach

BEFORE

Upon a full analysis of the existing website, we noticed the brand was not being represented of the true identity of Paradigm.  There were missing calls to action, no real clear value proposition and the offer of the amazing service and results of the service were non existent.  We also noticed missing social proof, missing testimonials and came to the consultation that most of the traffic that would land on this site, would not convert.  The data also showed the time spent on the site was less than 20 seconds so the users who were visiting, were clearly not finding what they were looking for.

AFTER

The newer version of the website now shows a clear digital representation of who the Paradigm brand is.  We can now see an easier to navigate website which presents a more accurate and stronger touchpoint as to the basis of their offer.  Showing off the multiple (and beautiful) locations of the company will put the visitor more at ease by placing their loved ones into the care of the company. The user can now see clearly the social proofing of the company and real testimonials about how people experienced using their treatment facility. This made all of the difference in cutting down the cost to acquire a patient admission and more importantly aligned expectations to the inbound visitors creating a stronger, more qualified lead.
