Digital Marketing Specialist – Account Manager
Job description
We are looking for a client facing, post sales account management position that will serve as the primary point of contact to maintain the overall client relationship and more importantly, complete satisfaction with our agency.
We have a position available in our Hollywood Florida office that will put you directly into the mix of working with small, medium and enterprise brands managing the day to day communication between our clients and project tasks for our SEO delivery team. Some tasks you will complete yourself and some you will assign through our project management system.
The key to this position is to be a self managing problem solver, critical thinker and to integrate yourself as a key component of the client’s marketing team.
Daily Responsibilities
- Drive value for clients.
- Implement SEO techniques for client websites for the leading search engines Google and Bing.
- Help execute the client’s digital strategy through task management from our specialists and communication with our delivery team.
- Manage day to day communication with your assigned book of clients.
- Maintain the client agency relationship and grow the account by constantly assessing the client’s overall market position and identifying opportunities to bring additional value to the client.
- Achieve client’s overall marketing objectives and goals utilizing the entire agency’s resources.
- Quality control for all client work.
- Effectively meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
- Report to our clients on their campaigns. Break down KPIs to clients.
- Work within our Marketing and Technology stack (SEM Rush, Moz, Google Search Console, Similar Web, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
- Meet with clients through Zoom meetings on a regular basis.
- Keep client retention high by building solid relationships.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors in Marketing, General Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Journalism, IS systems, English etc.
- Able to have an IN PERSON interview and WORK out of Hollywood Florida location on a Hybrid/Remote basis.
- Demonstrated 1-2 years track record working as an SEO, digital account manager or any kind of digital marketing specialist.
- General overall knowledge of most digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Marketing)
- Must be self motivated – a critical thinking confident problem solver.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Superb people and customer service skills.
- Passion for marketing and writing.
- Solid web copywriting skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
